Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for your interest in purchasing pre-order and or purchase option items from Tailgate Tikes. We want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our policies regarding the shipment and processing of pre-order items and or purchase options. Please carefully read the following information before making a purchase:

Payment in Full:  Payment in full is required for all Tailgate Tikes Pre-Orders and or Purchase Options.

Approximate Shipment Timeframe:  Tailgate Tikes will provide an estimated timeframe for the shipment of pre-order and or purchase options. However, please note that these dates are approximate and are not guaranteed. We strive to fulfill orders within the provided timeframe, but unforeseen circumstances may arise that could cause delays.

Processing Window:  Pre-order and or purchase options require additional processing time beyond our normal 1-3 day processing window. Please understand that these items are not readily available for immediate shipment, and they may require additional time for production, inventory allocation, or other logistical considerations.

Shipping Upgrades:  Upgrading the shipping method for a pre-order and or purchase option item does not constitute a faster processing time. The selected shipping method at checkout will only apply once the pre-sale item has been processed within the given dates. Therefore, even if you choose a faster shipping option, it will not expedite the processing time for pre-sale items.

Shipment with Pre-Sale Item:  Once the pre-order item has been processed within the provided dates, it will be shipped along with any other items in your order. If you have purchased additional items that are not part of the pre-order and or purchase options, they will be shipped separately based on our standard processing and shipping procedures.

Communication and Updates:  Tailgate Tikes will strive to keep you informed about the progress of your pre-order item and or purchase options. We may send periodic updates regarding any changes in the estimated shipment timeframe or other relevant information. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate and up to date to receive these notifications.

Order Changes and Cancellations:  If you wish to make changes to your pre-order and or purchase options order or cancel it altogether, please contact us at info@tailgatetikes.com as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, please note that changes or cancellations may not be possible if the pre-sale item has already entered the processing stage.
