Free Shipping:
Our Free Standard Shipping offer applies to orders of $75 or more, shipped within the 48 contiguous U.S. states (referred to as "Tailgate Tikes Free Shipping"). This offer does not extend to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, including American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Military Installations, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or international locations (referred to as "Shipping Cost Areas"). Orders shipping to these locations will incur standard shipping charges. Â In addition, order under $75, standard shipping charges will apply.
If you are located in a "Shipping Cost Area" and have questions about placing your order, please contact our customer service team for a shipping quote. We are happy to assist you in finding the most cost-effective shipping options.
Standard Delivery Time:Â 3-8 Days
Expedited Delivery Time:Â 3 business days (Order by noon EST, allow extra day for orders placed on weekends or after 12pm EST Monday - Friday)
Overnight Delivery Time:Â Â Next business day (Order by noon EST, allow extra day for orders placed on weekends or after 12 pm EST Monday-Friday)
For late, lost, or items damaged in transit: we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We do everything we can to ensure your experience at Tailgate Tikes makes your life just a little easier, and your satisfaction is important to us. Please contact us at info@tailgatetikes.com for inquiries on your shipment, and we can initiate a thorough search of your shipment with the transit company.
For missing items:Â it is possible your shipment was split based on product availability, and that the missing items will be shipped when they become available. Your shipment confirmation will include a list of all products included in your shipment.Â
Parcel Forwarding Companies: If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Tailgate Tikes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Tailgate Tikes Free Shipping:Â If your order qualifies for the Tailgate Tikes Free Shipping Offer, your Order will be delivered within the Standard Delivery Time defined above through USPS Ground Advantage or the next comparable shipping service.Â
Tailgate Tikes Shipping Protection Policy:Â At Tailgate Tikes, we are committed to ensuring that your purchase reaches you safely and in perfect condition. We understand that sometimes, things can go wrong during the shipping process that are out of our control. To offer you peace of mind and protect your order from theft, loss, or damage during transit, we provide an optional Shipping Protection service for a nominal fee of $1.00.
How It Works

Opt-In: During checkout, you have the option to add Shipping Protection to your order for an additional $1.00. This fee is non-refundable and must be selected at the time of purchase.

Coverage: The Shipping Protection covers your order from the moment it leaves our facility until it is delivered to you. In the unfortunate event that your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, Tailgate Tikes will replace the items or refund the purchase price of the affected goods.

Reporting an Issue: If you believe your order has been compromised, you must contact our customer service team within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or evidence of the issue (e.g., photos of damage, police report of theft).

Resolution: Upon verification of your claim, we will process a replacement of the same item(s) at no additional cost to you. If the item(s) are no longer available, we will offer a refund of the purchase price of the lost, stolen, or damaged goods.
Shipping Protection Terms & Conditions:
- Shipping Protection is only available at the time of purchase and cannot be added after your order has been placed.
- The protection fee is non-refundable unless the entire order is cancelled before it has been shipped.
- The Shipping Protection does not cover issues related to delivery delays.
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date. Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for coverage.
- Tailgate Tikes reserves the right to deny claims that are deemed fraudulent or beyond the scope of the Shipping Protection coverage.
