If you're looking for an order you placed with Tailgate Outfits (tailgateoutfits.com), we can point you in the right direction — but we're not the company you purchased from.
Tailgate Tikes LLC and Tailgate Outfits are two separate, unaffiliated businesses. We're not connected in any way, we don't share ownership or systems, and we have no access to their orders, records, or customer service.
We know the names look alike. We hear from a few of their customers each month, and we'd rather help you find the right door than leave you guessing.
How to tell which company you ordered from
Check your bank or credit card statement and look at the merchant name on the charge:
- VTAILGATEOUTFITS — you ordered from Tailgate Outfits, not us.
- TAILGATE TIKES — that's us. Get in touch here and we'll take care of you.
You can also check what you ordered. Tailgate Tikes sells only officially licensed collegiate bamboo pajamas, one-piece sleepers, and apparel for babies, toddlers, and kids. We don't sell adult clothing, women's tops, t-shirts, or graphic tees. If you ordered any of those, the purchase wasn't made with us.
If you ordered from Tailgate Outfits
Contact them directly. Their customer service address is sales@tailgateoutfits.com.
Contact your bank or card issuer if you can't reach them. Give your bank the merchant name exactly as it appears on your statement — VTAILGATEOUTFITS — so your dispute is filed against the company that processed the charge. Filing a dispute against Tailgate Tikes won't help you, because no payment from you has ever come to us. Dispute windows are limited, so it's worth acting sooner rather than later.
Save your documentation. Your order confirmation, any emails you've received, and a screenshot of the charge will all help your bank process the dispute.
